Studies in Digital Engineering. Experience in retail, hospitality, and the event industry. Additionally, I worked in Customer Experience Support at Tesla, where I worked extensively with customers. I am confident in dealing with people, work reliably, and stay organized even in fast-paced environments.

Experience in events:

Last year, from July to October, I worked in a concept store where I assisted customers with their questions, advised them, and also occasionally worked at the cashier.

In addition, from 2022 until December of last year, I occasionally worked in a café, supporting both the kitchen and service areas, always helping wherever support was needed.

In 2022, from May until the end of June, I worked for several weeks at Tesla in the Customer Experience Support area. My main task at reception was to welcome customers and handle their questions or requests, helping them directly or referring them to one of the sales advisors when necessary. I also prepared test drives, explained all the details to customers, and occasionally accompanied the test drives.

Regarding trade fairs and events, so far I have only worked twice assisting at the cloakroom. However, I already have several confirmations for upcoming fairs and events in June, where I will most likely work in different areas and continue gaining further experience.
