I have a degree in Advertising and Marketing from Formatic Barcelona University and a master's in Usability, Interaction Design, and User Experience from the Barcelona School of Management. I have experience in marketing and customer service, having worked in community management and user experience design. Additionally, I have previously worked as a host, which has allowed me to develop skills in public interaction, communication, and brand representation.
