I have gained diverse experience in customer service, event management, and sports instruction. From November 2024 to May 2025, I worked as a sales assistant at Subdued in Cologne, providing customer advice, handling sales, and collaborating with team members. Between 2023 and March 2024, I served as event staff and hostess at venues such as Lanxess Arena, Tanzbrunnen, and Gürzenich, assisting with guest reception, entry control, cloakroom, logistics, and service during events. In 2023, I also worked at Uniqlo Cologne, advising customers, presenting products, and maintaining stock.

Earlier, I worked as event staff at RheinEnergieSTADION Cologne (2021–2023), handling food and beverage sales and providing customer service under time pressure. Additionally, I have experience in sports and youth coaching, including leading children’s football sessions at Kindersport Köln, as well as summer sports programs in Italy. I have also participated in organizing weddings and school events and have been actively involved in football, handball, and tennis clubs over several years. I am confident in my ability to provide excellent customer service and manage responsibilities in both retail and event environments, including major trade fairs such as Gamescom and Cologne Messe.
