I have been working in the event industry since I was 16 and have gained extensive experience in promotion, event management, and service over the years. I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous major trade fairs throughout Germany, in Berlin, Munich, Hanover, Frankfurt, Dortmund, Cologne, and Düsseldorf. I have also demonstrated my skills at exclusive events for the Supreme Group, as well as at events for brands such as Škoda, Volkswagen, and Tommy Hilfiger. My work in the VIP area at Borussia Dortmund and the German Football Association (DFB) deserves special mention, where I met the highest standards of service. I have also worked in promotion for prominent brands such as Milka, Bedford, Coca-Cola, Gerolsteiner, Deutsche Bahn, and Erdinger, among others, and my communicative nature and professional demeanor have consistently earned the trust and satisfaction of my customers. In all these areas, I have continually developed my skills in customer communication, teamwork, and dealing with discerning guests.
