I have gained extensive experience in the hospitality and event sector through various roles in Germany and abroad. As an event service staff member for Arena Personal Management and GVO Personal, I supported high-profile clients such as Adidas, Audi, Schaeffler and Faber-Castell at corporate events and trade fairs, where I worked flexibly across service, bar, beverage stations, reception, logistics and set-up. Alongside this, I managed guest areas independently and ensured a professional, welcoming service even during high-pressure situations. My work as a barista at Xoco Café in Nuremberg further developed my customer service and team coordination skills, while my international experience in Sydney at Whalebridge and House Canteen, located directly at the Opera, allowed me to refine my expertise in specialty coffee preparation, à-la-carte service and daily operations within multicultural, fast-paced teams. In addition, I took on seasonal roles such as ice cream sales and customer service in Nuremberg and Munich, as well as souvenir sales at Oktoberfest, which strengthened my adaptability and ability to engage with an international audience
