I am currently studying Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences for Engineering and Economics (HTW) in my third semester.
Even during school and alongside my studies, I gained diverse hands-on experience in areas such as sales, service, promotion, social media marketing, gastronomy, and customer support.
In addition, I have completed various further training courses, including service and hospitality, artificial intelligence, and business communication in English, as well as Spanish and Turkish language courses.

I have worked as a (VIP) hostess at trade fairs, including for federal ministries and private companies where I was responsible for guest reception, client support, and providing information.
I also gained additional event experience in service roles (buffet, cloakroom, bar), in sales at markets and trade fairs, and in stand support. I am used to working professionally and with a customer-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations.
