I'm in second year of International Hotel Management in CETT-UB, which is taught in English. I work at La Pedrera, explaining what we offer, resolving visitors doubts and ensuring they do the visit correctly.

Last year I worked at Saló de L'Ensenyament (student fair) explaining the academic offer of CETT to interested students. During this summer I've been hostess at the rooftop of Hotel El Palace, welcoming guests, managing reservations, escorting them to the table, ensuring their satisfaction, etc.
