I’m an Economics student at UPF with a very structured way of working and a strong sense of responsibility. I’m comfortable dealing with the public, following procedures and keeping a professional attitude even during long or repetitive shifts. I adapt easily to different roles on site and I’m used to working with schedules, checklists and basic Excel tools.
I’ve worked in event access control and visitor flow support, handling entry checks, credentials and basic crowd management. I also worked as a cruise host, in a fully guest-facing role, assisting international passengers, answering questions, solving small issues and maintaining service standards. Additionally, I’ve worked as a children’s monitor and private tutor, which strengthened my communication skills, patience and ability to take responsibility in dynamic environments.
