I have gained diverse professional experience in leadership, service, design, and marketing. Most recently, I worked as a shift supervisor at the DRK Schöneberg-Wilmersdorf refugee arrival center, where I was responsible for ensuring smooth 24/7 operations, including planning, organizing, and leading a team of up to 15 staff members. Before that, I supported the team as a caregiver in the same facility.

In the hospitality sector, I worked at INNSIDE by Meliá Aachen as a service staff member, where I managed guest orders, served food and beverages, handled cash operations, and supported the preparation and follow-up of events.

Alongside this, I built strong creative and digital skills. At trara Digitalagentur GmbH, I worked as a multimedia designer, creating graphics and video ads, and collaborating closely with content creators. I further expanded my expertise in digital marketing as both a working student and an intern, where I contributed to the conception of photo and video shoots, developed social media ads, and worked with tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite.

Additionally, at ProCom GmbH, I supported the marketing team as a working student, focusing on graphic design, layout work, and database management.

This combination of leadership, customer service, and creative marketing expertise has equipped me with strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to perform effectively in both people-focused and design-driven roles.
