The Challenge
LG U+’s MWC 2026 booth was not a standard exhibition stand. It was a multi-zone telecom and AI experience environment designed around public visitor flow, technical product areas, personalized content experiences, VIP movements, meeting rooms, press room functions and continuous trade-show traffic.
The project required a local execution partner able to support visitor guidance, badge scanning, access control, multilingual event staffing, product-zone interaction, event activations, souvenir flow, Korean-speaking coordination, meeting room support and onsite problem-solving.
For Korean and international teams working in Europe, this is where local execution becomes critical. The strategy may be developed internationally, but the event succeeds through people, timing, communication, training, supplier coordination and practical onsite control.

PBM Europe’s Role
PBM Europe provided the local operations layer for the project in Barcelona.
Our team supported casting, recruitment, team leader coordination, training preparation, uniform control, attendance control, break planning, daily onsite coordination, visitor-facing support, badge scanning, access flow, product-zone assistance, hospitality areas, press room support, meeting room guidance and Korean-speaking communication.
PBM Europe was not only involved as a staffing supplier. The role was to help transform an international booth operation into a working local structure at Fira Gran Via Barcelona.

Services Delivered
Multilingual promoters & event staff
PBM Europe coordinated a trained local team of promoters, hosts, stewards and team leaders for reception, entrance flow, product-zone support, hospitality, visitor guidance and access control.

Event staffing with operational control
The staffing structure was not limited to presence. PBM supported attendance control, break planning, uniform management, rotations, daily reporting and visitor-facing standards throughout the project.

Korean-speaking coordination
PBM supported communication between the Korean project structure and the local Spanish team through Korean-speaking coordination, helping reduce friction during training, briefing, live operation and daily onsite adjustments.

Information desk & visitor guidance
PBM talent supported visitor inquiries, booth orientation, meeting guidance, booth tour support and general information flow inside the LG U+ booth.

Badge scanning & access control
The operation required structured visitor entry, badge scanning and separated entrance/exit flows to prevent congestion. PBM supported the access layer with trained local staff and onsite coordination.

PBM supported corporate-facing areas including meeting rooms, press room, networking lounge, VIP-related spaces and hospitality/catering support.

Training, rehearsal & staff readiness
PBM supported the preparation phase with training, fitting, basic manners alignment, product briefing support, onsite rehearsal and staff readiness control.

Photo shoot support
PBM also supported the press photo shoot layer with male and female model casting and make-up coordination for official brand, press and SNS usage.

Key Engagement Areas
The strongest visitor engagement areas included HERO Attraction, ixi Guardian 2.0, ixi O Pro, AICC Designed for Human, Autonomous Network Everywhere, AIDC empowered by ONE LG, Information, Badge Scanning, Meeting Rooms, Press Room and Networking Lounge.
HERO Attraction created a personalized visitor experience around AI-generated artwork and physical souvenirs. The ixi and AICC areas required trained local talent able to guide visitors through kiosk interactions and first-level explanations. AIDC empowered by ONE LG connected technical product storytelling with guided visitor support.
These areas required more than passive event staff. They needed trained promoters and brand ambassadors able to attract visitors, manage flow, explain the first layer of information and hand over qualified conversations to LG U+ representatives when needed.
