PBM Europe managed the full-scale operational deployment for LG Electronics at IFA Berlin 2025, inside Hall 18, one of the largest and most complex areas of the exhibition.
Our team coordinated over 100 professionals including promoters, reception staff, technical support, supervisors, and logistics operators — delivering a seamless visitor experience and brand execution.
IFA Berlin is one of Europe’s most prestigious technology trade fairs, where leading global brands showcase their latest innovations. LG’s presence in Hall 18 covered several thousand square meters, combining product displays, interactive zones and hospitality areas.
PBM Europe was entrusted to provide the entire staffing, coordination and operational structure to support daily activity and ensure perfect alignment between the brand, the venue, and external suppliers.
Managing such a large-scale operation required precise timing, multilingual communication, and real-time response to technical and logistical needs. The scope extended from personnel logistics and uniforms to daily briefings, access control, vehicle coordination and supplier management.
All operations were executed under white-label standards to integrate seamlessly with LG’s event team.
Recruitment and coordination of 100+ staff members (bilingual German–English).
Shift planning, training sessions and on-site supervision.
Real-time reporting and quality control dashboards.
Coordination with Messe Berlin, production, and local suppliers.
Vehicle and transport management for staff and materials.
End-of-day performance reporting to LG HQ and agency partners.
Through PBM’s operational structure and methodology, the LG exhibition space ran without delays, incidents or logistical failures during the entire fair.
