My name is Abril, I am 21 years old and I am studying a Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science fully in English. I have a Cambridge C2 Proficiency certificate, and I am able to communicate confidently and professionally in English all day. Over the last 3 years, I have been working as an event hostess at many events, so I have developes strong skills in protocol management, customer service, and quick logical problem-solving. I combine a deep understanding of technology with the soft skills required for high-level international events such as the MWC.

Experience in events:

I have combined my studies with working as a hostess for the past 3 years, in various events and holding all types of postions. I have done check-ins for the Ritz-Carlton Yatch Collection, transfers and VIP guest management. I have worked at the Ferrari VIP Hospitality in the F1 circuit, managing iPads and surveys; and for Cupra at the CSIO held at RCPB showing the vehicles and assisting with virtual reality (VR) glasses. I also have experience with ticket sales involving cash handling and POS management, and other roles I’ve done are access control, accreditation, cloakroom, conference room assistant and supermarket promotions.
