I have extensive experience in customer service, administration and sales.

In a physiotherapy practice, I was responsible for patient reception, prescription management and billing, as well as organising the treatment rooms, supporting the practice workflow with administrative tasks.

At Schülerhilfe (tutoring centre), I managed contract creation, sales of course packages, course administration, and the selection and hiring of tutors. I was also responsible for customer communication by email and phone, as well as general office duties.

As a sales promoter for STOKKE, I worked in direct customer contact, actively approached customers, presented products and provided individual advice. I explained functions, quality and benefits, addressing specific customer needs.

As a Brand Ambassador at the Intel pop‑up store, I actively approached customers, invited them into the store and explained products such as laptops and processors, as well as their performance, especially in the field of AI. I also conducted demonstrations and provided organisational support to ensure smooth event operations.

At Cirque du Soleil, I was involved in event dismantling, supporting the team in the structured removal of event areas.

I currently work in a printing company, where I am responsible for professionally inserting printed brochures into machines so that they are correctly integrated into newspapers. In this role, I work carefully, reliably and precisely.
