Experience in events:

I have diverse experience in customer service, administration, and sales. At a physiotherapy practice, I worked at the reception, managed patient intake, handled prescription administration and billing, and supported the organization of treatment rooms through various administrative tasks.

At Schülerhilfe, I was responsible for creating contracts, selling tutoring services, managing courses, and recruiting and hiring tutors. I also handled customer communication via email and phone, as well as general office administration.

As a sales promoter for STOKKE, I engaged directly with customers, actively approached them, presented products, and provided individual consultations, explaining features, quality, and benefits based on customer needs.

As a brand ambassador in the Intel pop-up store, I welcomed customers, introduced them to products such as laptops and processors, explained their performance—especially in the field of AI—and conducted product demonstrations while supporting event operations.

For Cirque du Soleil, I worked in event teardown, assisting the team with the structured dismantling of event areas. As a brand ambassador for MINERVA Research Labs, I presented collagen products, conducted tastings, and explained their effects and benefits.

Currently, I work in a print shop, where I carefully feed printed brochures into machines to ensure correct integration into newspapers, requiring precision, reliability, and attention to detail.
