I completed my high school studies with honours and I am currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Language and Literature with a specialisation in Classical Culture. This background has trained me to communicate clearly, write accurately and pay attention to detail. I have over two years of experience in customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone. In these roles I have handled documentation, complaints and various administrative procedures. I have also worked in environments linked to medical emergencies, where staying calm, being well organised and giving clear information to people is essential.

Experience in events:

Part of my event experience comes from working with the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona at the Open Day and the Saló de l’Ensenyament. In these roles I helped welcome prospective students, answered basic questions about the university and supported the information points during busy visitor flows.
