I have extensive experience in IT and project management. Most recently, I worked as an IT Consultant at nordwaerks GmbH, implementing and customizing ADITO CRM software and managing the company website project. Previously, I served as a Research Assistant at the University of Lübeck, conducting research and data analysis for entrepreneurship and business development initiatives. At SIGNAL IDUNA Group, I worked as an IT Specialist, leading software development teams, developing online claims systems, managing web applications, and analyzing data. I also gained early experience as a Working Student, supporting IT architecture, network systems, and software testing for internal projects.
