University student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Contemporary History, Politics and Economics at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), with a completed Social and Humanities Baccalaureate. Experienced in customer service and sales within tourism and retail environments, including cash handling and multilingual customer interaction. Professional experience includes Torrons Vicens (Christmas Campaign 2025) and Heladería Neva (Summer Seasons 2023–2025).
I work as a sales assistant at Heladería Neva (Plaça Sagrada Família), providing personalised service to international customers, handling direct sales and payments at the till and solving issues with a proactive attitude in a high-traffic tourist area.
