I am passionate about leadership, communication, and public engagement, and I enjoy working in dynamic, multicultural environments. My skills include team management, event coordination, project administration, and digital communications. I am proactive, organized, and thrive when working with diverse teams and international clients.
I have accumulated extensive experience in events, promotions, and leadership roles. Most recently, I worked as a Team Lead and Brand Ambassador for Elevate Staffing in Leipzig, where I directed a team of 5–6 members for BYD, managed the booth, engaged with customers, organized inventory, and ensured safety protocols. During this role, I was awarded “Best Employee” by the BYD team representative.
Earlier, I held several communications and program internships in Nepal, including at Resa Living, Nepal Communitere, and Women LEAD Nepal, where I designed web content, executed social media campaigns, organized pop-up events, led school leadership programs, and provided hands-on administrative support. I also participated in Women LEAD Nepal’s YWPLI and LEAD courses, receiving awards such as “Best Role Model” and gaining valuable experience in political leadership, project management, and community engagement.
Throughout my career, I have gained international exposure, worked with global clients, and developed expertise in customer interaction, team leadership, and event coordination, making me well-prepared to contribute effectively in professional and international settings
