I hold a Higher Technician Certificate in Tourism Information and Marketing. I have extensive experience in the tourism sector and have worked as a tourist guide in various settings, including sightseeing bus tours and museums. I also have experience working as a hostess, both at a hotel restaurant reception and during the Christmas campaign at Barcelona Airport. In addition, during the summer season, I work at the tourist information point in one of Norway’s most famous fjords.

I worked at a hotel restaurant front desk, where my tasks included welcoming guests, assisting them with any issues, and providing translation support when they did not speak Spanish, as the hotel was located in Mexico. My most recent experience was during the Christmas campaign at AENA, where I was responsible for welcoming the artists for the Christmas performances, helping customers find the Christmas stands, and assisting with gift wrapping.
