Previously I have worked in client-facing roles for global tech and digital companies, and earlier in my career in five-star hotels and luxury resorts.
I hold a BBA in International Hospitality Management as well as postgraduate degrees in Finance and Revenue Management. I am fluent in English and Spanish and also speak Russian and Belarusian.

In my current role as Program Manager I oversee the full lifecycle of internship and university programmes: candidate screening and selection, collaboration with universities, scheduling and logistics, onboarding and offboarding sessions, and qualitative feedback to improve each edition. Before that, as a Client Service Representative and Customer Success Executive, I worked closely with international clients and C-level executives, advising them on services and products, preparing and running business meetings, presentations and workshops, and troubleshooting issues while monitoring satisfaction.
Previously I spent several years managing accounts for an international hospitality recruitment company, handling B2B and B2C sales, key account metrics, renewals and upsell opportunities, and acting as the main point of contact throughout the sales and implementation cycle. My hospitality foundation comes from roles at five-star properties such as Hotel Arts Barcelona and Puente Romano Beach Resort, where I worked as Conference Concierge and in Guest Relations: reviewing BEOs, checking function room setups, assisting with conferences and events, looking after VIP guests and coordinating activities, transport and special requests. Events I worked: Mobile, Gartner, HPE, ESMO, Smart City, etc.
