I am currently in my first year of the Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Systems Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC). I hold a Scientific-Technological Baccalaureate. I have gained professional experience as a hostess at Tecout, as well as technical experience through programming internships at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center.
Experience in events:
Worked as a public transport customer service hostess in Barcelona, assisting passengers and providing information. I worked in passenger information and customer support for Barcelona Metro, assisting users in a high-traffic environment, explaining incidents, alternative routes and schedules, and managing situations where people needed fast, clear answers. I also collaborated with the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, gaining experience in structured professional environments that require accuracy, teamwork and responsibility. My background in music (piano) has reinforced discipline and consistency.
