I am a student at Humboldt University of Berlin and currently writing my Bachelor’s thesis in Regional Studies with a focus on Chinese and German relations and green technologies. Previously, I studied Linguistics and Education at the University of Sydney. Alongside my studies, I have gained extensive experience in customer service and event support roles, including working as a host and social media assistant and translator at EXPOLINGUA Berlin, and as a stand assistant for IQOS. Additionally, I have held positions as a call center customer advisor at Booking.com, as an office assistant in the fundraising department at Doctors Without Borders, and reception and barista at Grand Hotel Hermannplatz in Berlin. These roles have strengthened my communication skills, cultural awareness, and ability to work effectively in diverse, multilingual environments.
