2022 - 2024: VisitBerlin (Assistance, Info Counter, Site Inspection); I gained extensive experience working as a team assistant, host, and in customer support at Messe Berlin (for events such as ITB, Fruit Logistica, ILA, IFA, and Grüne Woche). I also served as a Team Lead for PBM at LG’s booth during IFA 2025.
During my most recent role at "VisitBerlin," I interacted closely with people from all over the world, integrating this international perspective into Berlin’s tourism landscape. My work focused primarily on B2C operations, specifically providing advice—both in person and in writing—to visitors, stakeholders, and partners. Additionally, I regularly attended cultural events on behalf of my employer, gaining deep insight into the importance of a diverse cultural life for the local population.
