I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Berlin School of Economics and Law) with a focus on marketing and consumer behavior. Over the past years, I have worked extensively in sales, customer consulting, and design-related freelance projects. Having lived and worked for several years in English-speaking countries and environments (e.g. United Nations in Vienna and Geneva), I am fluent in English and German and also speak French at a basic level. My background combines business knowledge, intercultural experience, and a strong focus on customer service and communication.
I have more than 10 years of experience in promotion and trade fair support, including roles as host, sales promoter, and supervisor. I worked for well-known brands such as Samsung, Siemens/Bosch (home appliances), Fossil (watches & jewelry), Lenovo (IFA), SONY, among others. My tasks included welcoming and assisting visitors, managing access control, product presentation, sampling, and team coordination. In addition, I spent several years frequently working in international environments such as the United Nations in Vienna and Geneva, which further strengthened my ability to operate in fully English-speaking, multicultural and highly professional contexts.
