I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Regional Studies Latin America, with a strong academic background in social sciences, politics, and business. Alongside my studies, I have developed excellent language skills, being fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (B2), with additional knowledge of French. I am highly adaptable, organized, and motivated, with strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Since 2017, I have been working in various roles that strengthened both my organizational and customer service skills. As a student assistant in logistics, a library, and later in a start-up, I learned how to manage responsibilities independently, coordinate workflows, and support both teams and clients.
I also held leadership roles, such as managing the Christmas market ice rink in Cologne and leading a team at a COVID-19 test center, where I was responsible for coordinating up to 10 employees, handling customer issues, and overseeing finances and materials.
In addition, I have extensive experience in the event and promotion sector, working for major brands and events such as OCB, Desperados, Pueblo, JOYN, Gaffel Kölsch, EA Sports, and at trade fairs like Boot, Anuga, Gamescom, Caravan, and FIBO. These roles allowed me to develop a professional approach to guest service, promotion, and sales in fast-paced environments
