Event hostess and guest support across major congresses and venues (including Mobile World Congress and CCIB events), covering welcome/registration, information desk support, visitor guidance, and hospitality coordination. Additional experience in high-traffic visitor environments such as Sagrada Família (customer assistance) and an event hostess role in Sydney (guest support and ticketing).
