My background includes working as a Conference Concierge at Hotel Arts Barcelona, in direct contact with guests, organisers and on-site teams for high-profile events.

In this role I supported multiple events hosted at the hotel, including conferences, trade shows, seminars and sports-related events such as PokerStars. I helped coordinate meeting rooms, assisted delegates with questions, guided them to the right spaces and ensured a smooth experience throughout each event.
