I studied Political Science with a focus on Sociology at the University of Bologna. After graduating, I gained extensive professional experience in event management and customer service. For over ten years, I worked as a Senior Project Leader and Key Account Manager at Quality Travel GmbH in Berlin. Since 2022, I have been successfully working as a freelance event manager and consultant in the MICE sector. In parallel, I have also been active for many years as a hostess and tour leader for corporate events, trade fairs, and incentive trips both in Germany and abroad. I speak fluent Italian, English, German (B2/C1), French, and Spanish.
I have many years of experience in organizing and managing both national and international events — from corporate events and trade fairs to incentive trips. During my time at Quality Travel GmbH in Berlin, I worked as a Senior Project Leader overseeing complex projects for renowned clients such as UniCredit. One of the highlights was managing VIP guests at the 2015 Champions League Final in Berlin, which included coordinating a gala dinner with a trophy presentation for over 1,200 international guests.
Since 2022, I’ve successfully delivered numerous freelance projects in the MICE sector — covering everything from event planning and logistics to on-site guest management. I regularly collaborate with agencies and companies as an event consultant, team leader, and coordinator for trade shows, conferences, and incentive programs.
