I completed my upper secondary education in Social Sciences and Biology, and at the moment I am a 19-year-old Law student pursuing my degree online to balance my studies with work. At 16, I started working as a check-in agent in the cruise industry, gaining experience in customer service and dealing with international passengers. Later, I worked full-time at Chocolat-Box, where I interacted with a high volume of customers every day. These experiences have made me realize how much I enjoy working in customer-facing roles, adapting to different situations, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for clients.

I’ve only worked at the FITUR International Tourism Fair, specifically at the Futuroscope and Parc Astérix stand, but I’m very eager to participate in other events, especially one as important as the Mobile World Congress. I’m ready to learn everything necessary to perform well in this role.
