I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) with a specialization in Business Intelligence at Tecnocampus Mataró. Previously, I completed a Scientific Bachillerato. Professionally, I have experience as an administrative assistant in invoicing and accounting, where I developed expertise in using Microsoft tools and managing client and supplier relationships. Additionally, I worked as a cashier and store assistant in the retail sector, excelling in customer service, cash handling, and product recommendations, always ensuring customer satisfaction. I am fluent in Spanish and Catalan as native languages and have an advanced level of English (C1.1), enabling me to communicate effectively in multicultural environments.

Although I haven’t worked as a hostess yet, I have significant experience in customer-facing roles. I worked in two retail stores where I developed excellent customer service skills, including assisting clients, recommending products, and ensuring their satisfaction. I have strong communication abilities, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
