Die Herausforderung
Der LG U+ Stand auf dem MWC 2026 war kein klassischer Messestand. Es handelte sich um eine Multi-Zone-Umgebung für Telekommunikation und AI, mit öffentlichem Besucherfluss, technischen Produktbereichen, personalisierten Content Experiences, VIP-Bewegungen, Meeting Rooms, Press Room und kontinuierlichem Messetraffic.
Das Projekt erforderte einen lokalen Umsetzungspartner, der Visitor Guidance, Badge Scanning, Access Control, mehrsprachiges Event Staffing, Produktzonen-Interaktion, Event Activations, Souvenir Flow, koreanisch-spanische Koordination, Meeting-Room-Support und Onsite Problem-Solving abdecken konnte.

PBM unterstützte die Kommunikation zwischen der koreanischen Projektstruktur und dem lokalen spanischen Team durch koreanisch-spanische Koordination. Dadurch konnten Reibungsverluste während Training, Briefing, Live Operation und täglichen Onsite Adjustments reduziert werden.
Information Desk und Visitor Guidance
PBM-Talente unterstützten Besucheranfragen, Standorientierung, Meeting Guidance, Booth Tour Support und den allgemeinen Informationsfluss innerhalb des LG U+ Stands.
Badge Scanning und Access Control
Die Operation erforderte einen strukturierten Besuchereintritt, Badge Scanning und getrennte Entrance/Exit Flows zur Vermeidung von Staus. PBM unterstützte diese Access Layer mit geschultem lokalem Personal und Onsite Coordination.
Product-Zone Support

Results
PBM Europe delivered the ground operation for Kia's Journey of Projection from build-up to strike with one accountable team: 14 docents, 6 team leaders, 14 daily floor positions, 8 drivers on 6 vehicles, 5 set-up crew and a detailing crew, with 2 directors and 3 PBM staff managers on site.
Over the fourteen days of the operation, 55 people worked 392 recorded days and around 3,960 hours. Seven show days ran on the same team, the same fleet and the same control routine, with the peak on 19 April, when 48 people were on site for rehearsal and set-up.
The project confirmed PBM Europe's role for Korean agencies and global brands working in Italy: docents and talent, mobility and EV logistics, hospitality and local procurement, run under local rules by one partner.
