I have experience in front desk operations and customer service through internships at AC Victoria Suites by Marriott and Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza Palladium, where I handled check-in and check-out procedures, reservation management, payments, administrative tasks and guest incident resolution while contributing to a positive guest experience.
